Professional
I have been working on computers from the age of 11. My first job working on computers came at Sahuaro High School, where I helped maintain the student computer labs and the web page. Following my work at Sahuaro, I began working at Best Buy as a computer technician. The next job I had as a computer technician was for Computers Plus, a local computer store. After some further education and certification I worked as a Network Technician for AFNI. I left AFNI to pursue a full time college education in 2002. I then started a part time job as Network Administrator for Electrical Excellence. I recently decided to pursue more business for myself, so that I can use all of my skills more frequently and help more people
Certifications
Educational
I graduated from Sahuaro High School in 1999 with a GPA of 3.84. I started attending the University of Arizona in the following semester, but left to pursue other career options. I then enrolled at DRA Software Training to learn more about networking computers, as I was quite interested in the subject. It was there that I obtained my A+, Network+, and several MCP certifications. After using my newfound skills in a corporate environment for a year, I decided to again pursue higher education. I am currently enrolled at Pima Community College seeking a computer engineering degree, and plan to transfer back to the University of Arizona in the fall.
Personal
When I’m not working or studying, I fill my time with listening to music, hanging out with friends, and being outdoors. My favorite bands, currently, are Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews Band, David Gray, and Nickel Creek. My favorite pastime is probably riding motorcycles, although I am currently devoid of one. If you ever see a 01 or 02 Honda CBR600 F4i for sale please let me know. I was born in 1981 on George Air Force Base in California. I have lived in 3 states, and 3 countries. I have traveled all over Europe, and would recommend the experience to everyone. I have live in Tucson since 1995, making it the longest time I have lived in once place. I would love to live here for the rest of my life, but I doubt that will happen. I love to watch football, and I hate to watch my Miami Dolphins blow it every year. That’s all I can drum up for now, but I’m sure I’ll think of more later.
